Happy 45th National Day! And so I got my On Government Service letter last Thursday which address was to P/CI (NPCC) TAY MING WEI. I am sure by now many of you might know that I have been posted back to my previous secondary school. Some might be happy, others might not, whatever it is, since I am posted back I will contribute to the school by training the sec 3s to be better NCOs and prepare the 2s to be NCOs.  School might not enable me to come back for training from the start till the end but whatever I have, I hope to inspire them. I think that’s mainly the job of a Cadet Inspector. Let them lead, learn and excel. Let us guide, teach and learn.
