It's the end of the weekday! woot! It's also the day that finally i do something different, NPCCAway from the daily learning and stress in doors. It's always a good beginning to start NPCC, teaching and interacting with the cadets, never makes me tired.Lets talk about today's training, i been spending all my time with the secondary 3s. Even thought 6 turned up, a pathetic number of cadets, it's still their quality that keep me moving.First off, to the computer lab, planning activities and badge courses with them, for them. The second off was the drills part, 6 of them did well, a little mistakes here and there, but overall, i think you guys did well, give yourself a clap if your reading this now =DHave some confidence in what your doing, especially your drills, don't be afraid to make mistakes, just have the willingness to learn. =DBtw, Congrats on getting your long awaited Badge(s) too.& wohoo! I'm officially a SI, the AC finally emailed Mr Yeung on 5th Jan.
Ok, adding on, since some of you guys saw my post already, i just want to add that hopefully the next training or every training i would find that you guys did well constantly and not just for today. Hopefully the next training i could proudly say that 7 or even more Future NCOs did well, rather than just the 6 of you guys.
