    Friday Training,

    Again, was kind of disappointed with the sec 3s strenght, yes there's an improvement, but it's still less then 10, can't even form a 3 rank squad.

    Secondary ones attended their first training, could see they are actually kind of bored, so am i when i was looking after them, cause there weren't any games for them, so in the end, i just make a quick Ice Breaker Activity, let them introduce themselves to their squad mates.
    Their Squad intake is the least of all Intakes i know of, 15 - 20max.

    Only 15 of them attended the 1st training, taught them basic stuff, falling in, Attention & at ease.
    Mr Qeck was like so excited lol.. ok since they are new, need time to groom them.
    Could spot some quiet ones, some noisey ones, some abit nonesense ones. lol
    One of them keep poking Zaily's boots, he got so pissed, but just keep to himself, good senior ehh!

    Ok Secondary 3 cadets, don't dissappoint me, next week come up with at least 10 cadets, then, we will move on to more advance drills and also brush up on your current ones.
    If not, 2nd Class Drill Badge & Sgt Rank is at stake.

    Secondary 2 Cadets, best of luck for your NPAP, listen to the CIs over there, train well, come back as a more experience and more knowledgeable cadet!
