On Friday, 6th of july 2007, took over my unit as a NCO [22nd Batch of Non-Commission Officer]
very very honor. actually i was send to the inter-unit quiz com host by HTA @ HTA of course.
but due to the lag of people, i ask my TO if i could stay in the unit instead.
Yes i did stay! so happy!
only send 1 team instead of 2 in the end.

My very 1st master parade as a NCO.. whats more...! i was the Parade commander.
1st parade commander of the 22nd batch NCOs
1st parade commander of the Term
together with NCC & St.John, i was the parade commander...

i wasn't sure how to run the show but luck..., ex president paaven came.
learn it just before the parade...
rushing around to ask for their total strength
as well as present.
was very nervous!

lucky ran the show smoothly.. wahaha!
After that i split the sec 1s in to 3 groups
1st Group - Hakim and Dinesh
2nd Group - Aliff and Yao hui
3rd Group - myself of course...

did drills with them for abt 1.15mins
2 breaks in total
8 mins in all
brought them under the a cover.. instead of them under the hot sun...

good right? haha
after tat 1st and 2nd group all monkey see monkey do.. all come cramp under there...
LOL...

have to prepare them for their LCP promotion test next week...
hope all of them pass!

After that was games... captains ball and dutch ball... suddenly "leg cramp!"
wah so pain.. nvm just try to take it and continue to play with them..
enjoy myself a lot playing with them...
