    [6th of dec 2006]

    last night do midnight PT again...
    haha...training is important what! haha
    anyway sleep at 3am last night after watching TV....
    have a shower up at 2+am
    hehe.....
    than 8am++ woke up ....have to wake up early scare later next tues civil defance course can't wake up...so train!
    haha
    ok la now onli 11.25am nth to write ....
    back to tv now XD
